Bulk Orders

Do you offer quantity discounts?

We offer discounts for higher-quantity orders. Orders over $500 receive a 5% discount, and orders over $1000 receive a 10% discount. Prices must reach this threshold before shipping is added.

For a custom quote, please contact info@owirobot.com and tell us which product(s) you are interested in and the quantity you would like.

We require all orders to be prepaid. Credit terms can be granted only in special circumstances and may lengthen the ordering process.

Backorders

Will I be charged more for shipping of an out-of-stock item?

There are no additional charges for fulfillment of backordered items. The total you see on the receipt is exactly what we charge, regardless of whether it ships in a single box or multiple packages.

Can I order an out-of-stock item?

Yes. Out-of-stock items will be clearly marked in their availability field. By ordering such items, you agree to wait until the specified date for shipment.
