Return Policy

Returns for opened merchandise are not accepted. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final when the item is opened and can only be serviced under our warranty.

Unopened items can be returned for a 20% restocking fee and must meet the following conditions. All returns are subject to OWI inspection.

1. The returned merchandise must be in its original, sealed, unmarked package to qualify for the 20% restocking charge.
2. If the returned merchandise does not meet all of these conditions, no credit will be issued.
3. Merchandise must be shipped freight prepaid.
