Arm Not Working

- Make sure you have downloaded the correct software here

- Program will not work on Windows 98 or 2000, only Windows XP, Vista, or 7

Problem with Drive

1. Please check this image .Please reinstall all drive and software
2. 
3. If not have  “ ? USB Device “  Please  reconnect  “usb Connector” and reset slide switch
4. If not OK   Please change this PCB
